Every now and then a product doesn't have as long as we'd like before the 'display until' date. If that’s the case, we'll highlight it on your receipt and put it in a blue plastic bag. That way you can decide if you want to keep it or hand it back to the driver for a full refund.

Run out of something or forgotten to add a product after you’ve checked out? You can amend your order or change your delivery
slot, up until 10pm the evening before your delivery. Don’t forget to check out again to confirm your changes.

On the morning of your delivery, we’ll text you a more precise arrival time, so you can plan your day.
